Hi Kenny, I missed your 'one night only' concert in Singapore in 2006 because I had to attend night class. (One big regret of my life! I should have skipped it. : ( ) After that, there's no more news about you having a concert here except a private gig for the MGM resorts in November 2010. Finally! I caught Kenny G live in concert in Singapore last night! I thought he wasn't going to come to Singapore after looking at his 2011 tour schedule and went for his KL Malaysia concert in May this year. I was surprised when I saw his Heart and Soul concert advertisement on TV in Novemeber! I came back to Kenny G.com to check his tour schedule but Singapore was still not on the list! I bought the tickets anyway but it was really worth it! He played some extra pieces that he didn't perform in Malaysia.
PS Kenny G: If you are reading this, I just want you to know that you are an awesome saxophone player, you are charming, you are funny, and you are just amazing! I don't know how you travel from country to country every day to perform, sign autographs, and entertain your fans every evening. You've certainly worked very hard this year, and hardly get much sleep. I really hope u'll have a well deserved holiday with you family soon, and I wish you good health always. :) -
